Copyright
All artwork contained on this website is copyrighted by the original artist. Purchasing artwork does not have any express rights attached to it, and does not in any way transfer the copyright, which remains the sole possession of the artist.
If you believe your copyright or trademark status has been infringed upon by anything contained within The Untapped Source, please send us an email. We will work to remedy the situation and will take down any disputed copyright or trademark infringement while the matter is being resolved.
Return policy
In General, The Untapped Source accepts returns on defective or incorrect orders within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact The Untapped Source if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. If in the unlikely event a return has to be made, simply send the product(s) within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Initial and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In the event of a return, The Untapped Source will only pay shipping charges on defective products or incorrect orders.
Shipping
Shipping is done via United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not at this time offer any other delivery methods other than those specified in our shopping cart. All orders are shipped when all products in the order are available.

Privacy and Security
The Untapped Source is firmly committed to your privacy. We will not share your information with anyone.
We collect information from you for 2 reasons: first, to provide you with the best possible service and second,
to process your order. We DO NOT send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
The information we will ask of you is:

- address
- phone number (if given)
- email address
- Credit card number (for processing your order)
We never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions or comments about privacy, feel free to email us.
The Untapped Source website may contain links to other sites (ie links section). The Untapped Source cannot be held responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.
Product purchases
All payments are made in US Dollars (USD) and prices are subject to change. Postage and applicable sales tax (California, USA only) will be added to your order during the checkout process. You will be asked to review any and all payments made to The Untapped Source for products purchased before any transaction takes place.

The Untapped Source will NEVER post pornographic or otherwise inappropriate content which is outside the realm of decent art. If you come across something that you feel crosses that line within our gallery, please let us know and we will examine the situation. Art is a subjective medium.
