My name is Nuno Pires and I am portuguese. I am a teacher of Chemistry and Physics and I am also a tutor. I started to get interessed in photography since I was little and saw my dad taking some shots but never got into it until summer of 2004... in that summer I got my hands in a borrowed camera, a Sony Cybershot, and started taking some shots, since then I didn't stopped and bought my first camera in January 2005. I bought a Sony Cybershot DSC P-100 and I had been taking shots with it. Recently I bought a Canon EOS 400D with a Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM and I'm loving it. I kind of self-educated myself in photography and never did any photography course but i hope to do a couple of them in the future. I mostly photograph nature, mostly of them are landscapes, waterscapes or macro shots. I always try to transmit a feeling through my shots, the feeling that i got when i was in that place so that you also could feel the same. If you have any doubts please contact me.
