- Artist Notes
- Blackness is a village on the shore of the River Forth in Scotland. It lies within the council area of Falkirk, and the former county of West Lothian. The village originally served as a port for nearby Linlithgow (incidently, the town where I was born and grew up), with a harbour on Blackness Bay, an inlet of the Forth.
