As the afternoon wind gains force along the Goan coast, the kitesurfers come out to play. The sea off of Arambol and Mandrem in North Goa offers ideal conditions to kitesurf. The Beaches of North Goa in India, such as Arambol and Mandrem, are more laid back than some of Goa's busier resorts.
