- An Indian man stands in a lookout on Ranthambore Fort, and surveys the National Park through a pair of binoculars. Ranthambhore in Rajasthan is one of the largest national parks in northern India. Ii was declared one of the Project Tiger reserves in 1973, and became a national park in 1980.
