Artist Notes

This river is speedily winding its way down the mountain into the valley. Shades of pink are cast across the sky and in turn are reflected in the clearness of the water; reflections darkening as the foliage thickens giving us a beautiful contrast in the use of light. This painting is an important piece as it is part of a collection featured in my first book "Wonderlands".
