Artist Notes

This picturesque courtyard is part of an old Italian house. Two spider plants in the front resting in vases on a cobbled pavement with a beautifully designed arch behind, a sculptured head and pedestal beneath, above the walls there are full length windows which step out onto long terraces which run along the lengths and widths of this square. This painting is an important piece as it is part of a collection featured in my first book "Wonderlands".
