- An old abandoned port where limestone was loaded onto boats for cement making. Known as Rock Port, this port has not been used in years and is located back in the woods of Alpena, Michigan and is mostly forgotten. As you can see, the water here is crystal clear and very deep. You can see 30 feet deep as though it was just below the surface.
