The miser sits alone. Buying people does not buy love, exacting interest and and a pound of flesh makes others fear and hate him. He does not understand the concept of generosity of the spirit, his life is one of loneliness and cold, he is another lonely and bitter old man. The bleeding butterfly no longer cares about him, she has flown away to a freedom he will never know!
