Artist Notes

This shot was taken on the morning after the full moon on March 21, 2011. I had stayed up the night before to catch the closest moon to the earth since around 1993. It was too bright without filters to get a good image. On the way into work this morning, it was still dark outside but the conditions were much better. Thus, this one came out much better.
