When storm clouds, turbulent winds, rain and/or snow drive the seabirds inland to shelter and whip the sea into a frenzy, one of the best ways to enjoy the ensuing chaos is to perch oneself in a comfy chair in front of a large window with one of these: _________________________________________________________________________ Nor’easter Cocktail ~ 2 oz. Bourbon ~ 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice ~ 1/2 oz. maple syrup :Pour the above into a tall glass, fill with ice, and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, top with ginger beer and a wedge of fresh lime. Now you’re ready to relax and enjoy the show.
