- I've always wanted to grow blue poppies and have never been able to do so because where I have lived has not had the right conditions for it. I then decided that painting them would probably be the next best thing even though I have not given up hope entirely. The title for this artwork comes from a poem by Robert Frost, one of my favourite poets, which seemed rather appropriate.
