I rescued this tiny baby bird from the claws and jaws of a neighborhood cat yesterday. It was injured and so young, it wasn't able to fly...probably why it got caught by the cat in the first place. It didn't seem to be afraid of me and just sat content in my hands while I administered Reiki to it for a while. Then, it suddenly died on me. But not before I got a few photos. :) Enjoy. At least I felt that I had saved it from the terrible death that it would have suffered at the mercy of that cat.
