Part of the now-restored and preserved Thankful Arnold House maintained by the Haddam (Connecticut) Historical Society, the cupboard sits in a short (two steps and you're through) connection between the front parlor and the stairway to the first floor bedroom. This painting has a cracked wood panel surface.
