Textile abstract, hessian backing and attached to canvas board 12” x 12” Pure inspiration came from Celtic Woman, which is a musical ensemble and stage show which incorporates both traditional Irish music and modern songs done with a Celtic twist. During their performance of ‘You Raise Me Up’ at Slane Castle in Ireland in 2006 you couldn’t help but be influenced by the sheer drama of it and the costumes were beautiful.
