Artist Notes: from the Flora Collection

The garden outside the back door of the Vulcania Graphics & Fine Art Studio in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania is a veritable treasure trove of subject matter for Dan and his partner, Shawn. The garden through the seasons is full of life. This particular blossom springs forth underneath what Dan calls an "umbrella" plant, some sort of indiginous flora found in abundance in the forests of southcentral PA. Dan can only imagine the faeries dancing with delight under cover of these plants when they blossom in late Spring.
