- from the Nature Collection
Just your run of the mill hungry Japanese Beetle (Popillia japonica) or "jitterbug" hangin' out in Dan's studio garden on an Iris leaf. Though hungry and pesky, still a beautiful garden "faerie" worthy of a protrait. Don't use the common bags to capture and kill them . . . they contain pheromones that actually attract more of the pests and keep them coming back year after year. In the Spring, spray your lawn and garden down with a light water dilution of lemon Sunlight dish detergent. It does wonders on all kinds of garden pests and is friendlier to the environment than pesticides
