from the series "The Eyes' Mind"

The small water feature in the backyard home / studio garden is a treasure trove of material for Dan in all seasons. In the Spring, before the leaves have fully flushed out, the sky and plant life add reflective color to the pond's surface and the bubbles from the waterfall dance happily along. Mother Nature herself appeared in this particular image as if gazing back out atDan from an ephemeral crystal ball dancing briefly across the surface of the pond. Perhaps her smile speaks of her appreciation for the garden and it's certification as a Backyard Habitat. The garden and all of its contents are a constant source of inspiration and a National Wildlife Federation Certified Backyard Habitat.
