Artist Notes: from the Toying with Time Collection

A playful compositing from behind the faces of various clocks.

Created for an exhibit in conjunction with the "Wines & Chimes" gala benefit at the National Watch & Clock Museum in Columbia, Pennsylvania.Dan and partner Shawn participated in creating new works along with 3 other local artists following an after hours tour of the museum. After weeks of creative block and countless discussions about the nature of time and coming up with common phrases about time, Dan's creativity finally sparked and kindled with enough "time" to finish seven pieces for the exhibition. "Cosmic Clock" came after the deadline and there are more in the works. "Toying with Time" will be an ongoing project!
