A playful look at the cosmic/astrological nature of time through the pixel bending of "A Teleological Argument" with the addition of the gear and hands of a clock. Can we truly measure time or is it simply a construct allowing us to order and contain our physical existence-- or perhaps even to limit and repress our spiritual existence?
Created for an exhibit in conjunction with the "Wines & Chimes" gala benefit at the National Watch & Clock Museum in Columbia, Pennsylvania. Dan and partner, Shawn participated in creating new works along with 3 other local artists following an after hours tour of the museum. After weeks of creative block and countless discussions about the nature of time and coming up with common phrases about time, Keo's creativity finally sparked and kindled with enough "time" to finish seven pieces for the exhibition. "Cosmic Clock" came after the deadline and there are more in the works. "Toying with Time" will be an ongoing project!
