planetary glyphs

Artist Notes
From the series Elemental Reflections

What exactly are the origins of we humans on Earth? Where did we come from? How did we get here? Were we left by some interplanetary travelers? Were we visited in antiquity and even today by other intelligent life in the universe? Planetary Glyphs is a reflection on these questions as well as "reflections" of a waterfall at the sandstone formations of Cantwell Cliffs in the Hocking Hills region of southeastern Ohio. Perhaps clues have been left for us to discover and contemplate if we are willing to open our minds and hearts and spirits to the natural world around us and to the nature of the universe itself.
