Artist Notes: From the series Elemental Reflections

Out of Darkness emerged from an image of stone embedded in the wall of St. Oran Bell Tower on the grounds of Columcille Megalith Park located in the Appalachain Mountains of eastern Pennsylvania. The park is the ongoing creation of William Cohea, Jr. and Fred Lindkvist; a place welcoming people of all faiths and traditions interested in both spiritual and physical renewal and transformation. The park is rooted in Celtic spirituality and inspired by the Isle of Iona off the coast of Scotland. 50% of the proceeds from the sale of images taken at Columcille will be donated to the "Friends of Columcille," Columcille, Inc, "a nonprofit organization established in 1978 to promote transformation through inner and outer work."
