Artist Notes: From the series Elemental Reflections

Desperate to create while on an extended business trip, the photographer seized a few moments late in the day to visit the Laumier Sculpture Park in Fenton, Missouri and endured the strange gazes of the few other park visitors as he released his shutter for macro and close-ups of the tree trunks by the light of the quickly setting sun.
