I was born and raised in Portland OR, and still here today. I graduated in 2002 from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Art. As an artist, I've always been most fascinated with human faces. I love the challenge of trying to capture someone's likeness, whatever it is that makes them unique. I enjoy the challenge of capturing emotions as well. I like to experiment with many different mediums, styles, and colors.

During my final year at WOU, I began a series of 9x12" paintings of MMA fighters, and since that time never looked back. 90% of my artwork since then has been related to the sport of mixed martial arts, which has really exploded in popularity since that time.
