Having started as an alternative artist in late 1980s and having gotten some experience at art exhibitions in Russia, Poland, Denmark and Sweden, I came to my current theatrical and romantic illustration style, which has its own symbolism and mythology. I work in the multi-layer color ink technique, which was in many ways my own invention.
